Please note that we are a small family mail order only business and sales are on a part time basis. We would like to ask customers not to phone unless essential. Orders are not accepted over the phone as we have no way of taking your payment. Please complete an order form which is downloadable as PDF or MS Word format and return via post or e-mail or just list what you would like and e-mail.
If ordering via e-mail we will send a payment request to your e-mail address via PayPal unless you notify us beforehand of a different payment method. Please make sure you notify us of the correct e-mail address for your PayPal account.

Sometimes Bulbs are no longer available when an order arrives (ask via e-mail). If paying by cheque it would be helpful if you could send it limited so a lower or higher amount can be added. To do this, write "Not to exceed £xxx" between the 'Payee Only' cross lines and leave the total amount blank. Please make cheques payable to Mr D Llewelyn (£ Sterling cheques only). There are no plants kept at this address, it is a mailing address only.
Please contact me for electronic bank transfers or payment from abroad as you will require my details. PayPal is the best option for you from outside the UK as your bank will charge to send money to the UK.
UK postage is £3.00 sent bagged and boxed recorded delivery. If it comes to more than this we will pay any extra.
